RKDA MEDIA LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates RKDA OS, a client portal and project management platform for businesses engaged with our creative services. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. By using RKDA OS, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Name, email address, job title, and password (stored as a hashed credential — we never store plaintext passwords).
• Business information: Company name, industry, website, social media profiles, and billing address associated with your account.
• Project data: Creative briefs, project details, deliverables, notes, and communications submitted through the platform.
• Billing information: Subscription tier and payment history. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• Communications: Messages sent through OS Messenger, activity log entries, and file attachments.
• Usage data: Log data such as login timestamps, IP addresses, and browser type, collected automatically for security and operational purposes.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the RKDA OS platform.
• To process subscription payments and manage your membership.
• To communicate with you about your projects, account, and service updates.
• To detect and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest using AES-256 at the infrastructure level (Supabase/AWS). Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. We implement role-based access controls within the platform so that each user can only access data relevant to their account.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years for billing records).

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (right to erasure).
